As a Configuration Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting reliable and successful software implementations through technical configuration, testing, and data preparation. Working under the guidance of experienced consultants, you'll help deliver solutions that make a meaningful impact for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain software solutions.
  • Support data migration, validation, and testing activities.
  • Assist with system integrations and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and update technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams and customers.
  • Monitor project tasks and escalate risks or issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned work.
  • Continuously develop technical and product knowledge.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in software implementation and technical consulting.
  • Basic understanding of databases, integrations, or software configuration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
  • Proactive learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with SaaS applications or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
