Ideagen is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the APAC marketing team, providing critical support across email campaign execution, marketing automation, and CRM operations. As the APAC marketing team scales its demand generation engine, this coordinator will play a key operational role in ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and with full visibility into performance. 

Responsibilities

Email Campaign Execution 

  • Build, test, and deploy marketing emails in Pardot, ensuring accurate segmentation, personalisation, and brand compliance

  • Manage end-to-end campaign production: landing page building, HTML/template setup, QA, scheduling, and send

  • Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate with stakeholders across marketing

  • Conduct pre-send QA checks across subject lines, links, dynamic content, and mobile rendering

Marketing Automation 

  • Build and maintain Pardot nurture programs, engagement programs, and drip sequences aligned to product and segment priorities

  • Support list management, segmentation, and dynamic content setup within Pardot

  • Monitor automation health — identify and resolve broken triggers, sync errors, or engagement drops

Salesforce & CRM Operations 

  • Maintain data accuracy between Pardot and Salesforce, including campaign member statuses, lead source tagging, and list hygiene

  • Assist with SFDC campaign setup, ensuring correct attribution fields are in place for pipeline and MQL reporting 

Reporting & Performance Tracking 

  • Create campaign performance reports from Pardot and Salesforce, including open rates, CTR, CTOR, and MQL conversion 

Skills and Experience

 
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or digital role
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot -campaign building, list management, nurture programs
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in email QA, data accuracy, and campaign setup
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders
  • Clear written communication skills for internal coordination and stakeholder updates

 

Nice to Have

  • Pardot or marketing automation experience
  • Salesforce familiarity
  • Email marketing experience
  • Exposure to B2B marketing
  • Understanding of lead generation metrics
  • Experience supporting sales teams
