Responsibilities
- Gather and clarify product requirements by working closely with stakeholders and internal teams
- Translate requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
- Act as the key link between Product, Engineering, UX, QA, and business stakeholders
- Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure quality delivery
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in line with business goals
- Track delivery progress, help identify risks, and support timely releases
- Assist with product launches, release planning, and adoption activities
- Help create and maintain product documentation and release notes
- Advocate for a user‑centered approach in collaboration with UX/UI teams
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment
- Experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Trello
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, delivery‑focused mindset
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles, SaaS products, or data‑driven decision‑making is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CSPO) are desirable but not essential
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and adapting to change
