We are offering an internship opportunity for individuals interested in developing foundational skills in business development within a supportive and structured environment. As a BDR Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in researching prospective customers, understanding market segments, and supporting sales operations in a global tech setting. This role is designed for those who are curious about commercial careers and eager to learn, with no prior experience required.

Throughout the internship, you’ll receive guided training, coaching, and the chance to observe experienced team members as they work with prospects and internal stakeholders. You’ll be introduced to key sales tools, communication techniques, and the day‑to‑day rhythms of a SaaS sales team. This is a learning‑first position, aimed at helping you build confidence, develop practical skills, and gain insight into professional sales environments.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with lead research, including gathering basic prospect information
  • Supporting the team with simple outreach tasks across email and digital channels
  • Updating CRM records and helping maintain accurate customer data
  • Shadowing BDR team members during prospecting and qualification activities
  • Helping compile summaries, reports, or insights for sales colleagues
  • Participating in workshops, training sessions, and regular team meetings
  • Learning how the sales team uses tools such as LinkedIn and CRM platforms
  • Contributing to general administrative or project tasks as needed

Skills and Experience

  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to develop new skills in a commercial environment
  • Comfortable communicating with a range of internal stakeholders
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage small tasks with support
  • Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team setting
  • Interested in technology, SaaS, or business development
  • Confident using digital tools or willing to learn new systems quickly
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and keen to understand how sales functions operate
