  • Monitor and research global legislative changes, maintain workflow trackers, and oversee the content pipeline.
  • Create and maintain accurate written content by summarizing EHS laws per internal standards for customer compliance.
  • Develop and update compliance checklists consolidating obligations for specific regulatory areas (e.g., accident reporting, emissions, waste).
  • Translate complex legal and technical material into plain English, ensuring clarity, precision, and completeness.
  • Leverage advanced legal and analytical skills to interpret legislation, extract key obligations, and make strategic content decisions.
  • Lead AI integration in workflows, including prompt development, training associates, evaluating performance, and setting quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure quality and consistency through content reviews, mentoring junior team members, managing queries, and supporting team operations.

Skills and Experience

  • Law degree (LLB or equivalent) is mandatory, with 2–5 years of relevant experience in compliance content, legal research, EHS, GRC, journalism, auditing, or similar fields.
  • Exceptional research, drafting, reviewing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High-level English proficiency in written and verbal communication, plus ability to translate complex legal/regulatory material into clear language.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including comprehension of complex legislation and regulatory frameworks; knowledge of legal terminology is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple jurisdictions and deadlines independently or collaboratively across global teams.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and ability to quickly learn new systems.
