Ideagen is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support ongoing business operations. The role involves entering, updating, and maintaining critical information in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Input and update customer, sales, and business data in Salesforce.
• Verify accuracy of information and resolve inconsistencies.
• Perform regular audits to maintain data quality.
• Communicate with sales and support teams when additional clarification of data is required.
• Generate simple reports from Salesforce as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data security policies.

• Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
