We’re looking for a Renewals and Invoicing Specialist to keep our financial engine running smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations—from AP and AR cycles to general ledger tasks, cash flow tracking, and reporting. If you have a solid grasp of accounting principles, thrive in handling diverse finance processes, and can tackle system tickets and ad-hoc tasks with ease, we want you on our team!

• Manage contract renewals and ensure timely execution
• Generate accurate invoices and resolve billing issues
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance for alignment
• Maintain customer records in billing and CRM systems
• Oversee debt collection and improve billing processes
• Monitor and close support tickets within finance team
• Ensure compliance with local reporting (e.g., BIR)
• Respond to audit requests and handle ad-hoc finance tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 3+ years of accounting experience with relevant qualifications
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Sage, FloQast, or similar systems
• Strong understanding of AR/AP cycles and collection strategies
• Accuracy and compliance with policies and standards
• Proficiency in Office 365 and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with global banking platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Hands-on experience in shared services or centralized finance operations
