We’re looking for a results-driven BDR Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team focused on generating and qualifying leads; optimize strategies, drive performance, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment and pipeline growth. Success in this role means exceeding targets while developing talent and contributing directly to revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Manage daily operations and performance of the BDR team.
  • Set and align individual and team goals with sales objectives.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings to drive engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Onboard and coach team members in partnership with global sales enablement.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs (calls, emails, meetings, revenue) and analyze performance trends.
  • Deliver performance reports to leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, and action plans.
  • Address underperformance through structured coaching and development.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Ensure BDR activities align with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Oversee lead qualification and maintain accurate pipeline data for forecasting.

Skills and Experience

Leadership & Communication

  • Inspires and motivates teams, builds trust through strong interpersonal skills, and addresses challenges with empathy, sound judgment, and clear decision-making.

Sales Expertise

  • Proven track record in sales leadership with deep knowledge of qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDPICC), buyer personas, and the full sales cycle. Skilled in articulating value propositions and leveraging CRM tools to drive performance.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret trends, develop actionable strategies, and solve complex sales challenges through critical thinking.
