We’re seeking a NDIS Compliance Consultant for a 3-month project-based contract to collaborate with legal, product, and content teams in developing and refining practical, regulation-aligned resources—such as policies, procedures, training modules, and audit tools—that help NDIS registered providers meet their obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards.

Responsibilities

  • Match NDIS rules to our content like policies, training, and audit tools.
  • Spot any compliance gaps and suggest how to fix them.
  • Help build a complete and useful compliance content product.
  • Work with legal, content, and product teams to keep everything accurate and aligned.
  • Share practical advice on how providers can meet NDIS requirements.
  • Write or review content such as policies, procedures, training materials, and FAQs.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and related rules.
  • Experience helping NDIS providers with policies, compliance, or operations.
  • Good understanding of key areas like incidents, complaints, worker checks, and restrictive practices.
  • Excellent at analyzing information and writing clearly.
  • Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with legal, policy, and content teams.
  • Must be willing to work under a 3-months fixed-term contract on a Hybrid work arrangement.

 

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience Legal, regulatory, or compliance qualification/background.
  • Experience developing or reviewing content for compliance-focused products.
  • Familiarity with customer environments across different NDIS provider types.
  • Understanding of how policies and learning content are used in practice by providers.
  • Experience in mapping or interpreting compliance obligations into practical tools or guidance.
