The Process and Reporting Excellence Manager will lead the development and implementation of standardized processes and reporting frameworks across our global compliance content teams. This new role is central to driving operational excellence in a fast-paced governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) technology environment.

 

The successful candidate will focus on strategic process improvements, driving performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Working closely with a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, the manager will oversee key performance metrics and reporting systems while maintaining a strong focus on process standardization, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Process Standardization and Improvement: Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of standardized processes across compliance content teams to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality. Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and identify inefficiencies. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing innovative solutions and ensuring adherence to performance targets.
  • Service Leval Agreements: Develop and implement Service Level Agreements between the Global Compliance Content Centre of Excellence and the regional operating Content teams. 
  • Strategic Performance Metrics: Define and set key performance metrics and targets in Service Level Agreements ensuring alignment to organisational goals. Ensure these metrics are regularly reviewed and optimized to support high performance across teams.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between regional compliance content teams, promoting alignment and resolving process discrepancies. Ensure consistent process execution and share best practices across teams.
  • Reporting Excellence: Oversee the development of advanced reporting systems and dashboards consistently across all teams, integrating AI-powered analytics to enhance predictive insights, improve accuracy, and deliver actionable insights for senior leadership. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish and sustain a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and proactive problem-solving. Identify gaps in performance metrics and address adherence to targets by implementing solutions to close gaps and ensure operational efficiency, quality, and productivity. 
  • Systems and Tools Oversight: Evaluate and implement tools for data tracking and analysis (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), assessing and deploying AI-based solutions to improve data processing, anomaly detection, and scalability of reporting systems, while ensuring integration with technical teams.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and strategic direction to junior team members, including the Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, supporting their development and fostering a strong teamwork culture.

Skills and Experience

  • Industry Background: 5-7+ years of experience in process improvement, performance reporting, or business operations within GRC, regulatory compliance, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Process & Reporting Expertise: Strong background in process standardization, KPI setting, and performance analysis.
  • Process Improvement & Methodologies: Extensive experience in process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks; certification is highly desirable.
  • AI & Data Analytics Proficiency: Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics) to enhance process automation and reporting.
  • Performance Metrics Management: Expertise in defining, setting, and tracking KPIs to drive organizational performance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with reporting tools, ERP/CRM systems, and data visualization platforms; experience in AI-driven reporting is a plus.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with global teams to drive consistency in reporting and process execution.
  • Operational Excellence & Strategic Reporting: Strong track record of managing performance reporting frameworks and developing high-level reporting tools for actionable insights.
