Ideagen Australia is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Consultant to deliver comprehensive product training to employees.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing employee knowledge and proficiency in Ideagen’s products, ensuring they are well-equipped to support customers effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, expertise in training delivery, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Develop learning programs and content based on the global Ideagen Training Methodology using appropriate design, content and technologies.
•  Create scalable and bespoke training materials
• Identify opportunities for scalable taining delivery
• Deliver online and in person, face to face training sessions to small - medium sized groups of users or assist in the delivery of larger training sessions.
• Collate and review course feedback, work with peers and managers to adopt changes to the training courses.
•  Work with the Learning and Development teams to deliver continuous improvement and peer to peer coaching

• 2-4 years experience with face-to-face training and online training
• Experience in developing training materials in a professional style
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong facilitation skills; ability to manage a medium training group 
• Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible
• Motivated to work closely with other team members of varying levels of seniority and experience within a cross functional team
