Responsibilities

The Senor Finance Associate role performs financial processes and services that are critical to the accurate and timely recording of business transactions. The role supports the Financial Controller in the end to end finance function for the ANZ region

  • Month end accounting and processing (accruals, software capitalisation, month end reports, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations)
  • Maintaining and updating fixed asset register, computing depreciation and processing journals
  • Treasury management
  • Payroll maintenance and processing.
  • Year-end accounting management
  • Support for annual audits
  • Customer invoicing
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as required.
  • Ad-hoc finance queries and analysis.

Skills and Experience

  • 4+ Years of Accounting experience and appropriate accounting qualification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and attend to matters timeously.
  • Excellent working knowledge of accounting systems.
  • Experience with global banking platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end financial processes.
  • Ability to perform commercial analysis to support decision-making based on customer requests.
  • Experience in Australian taxation and payroll.
  • Strong command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
