We are seeking an experienced and dedicated People Partner to partner with our Australia and New Zealand team and report into the VP of People for the ANZ region. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in HR to develop and execute on a range of people strategies that align with our organisational goals, driving engagement and leadership development. You will partner with some of our Functional Leaders and their teams and ensure the successful delivery of our people initiatives throughout 2025 and beyond

Responsibilities

  • Driving performance and building a values-driven culture. You will partner with our people managers to develop and execute on our People strategy that supports business growth objectives.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, redundancies, acquisitions and culture transformation.
  • Partnering with charities we have selected to make a real positive difference in the community and encourage all employees to be involved and use their 5 days of volunteer leave
  • Support the delivery and impact of some critical events like our DE&I events, Wellbeing events, RUOK days, International Women’s Day, Christmas events and much more
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including performance management, grievances, and disputes.
  • Providing support and coaching people leaders on a range of people functions including, talent acquisition, engagement and retention, performance and rewards, career development and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Embedding the company's values across the department through various initiatives, including internal events, town halls and communications

Skills and Experience

  • University Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. 
  • Experience in a progressive Human Resources environment 5+ years
  • Experience in change management
  • Well versed in remuneration and benefits, talent attraction, branding and retention strategies, engagement surveys and HR systems implementations 
  • Excellent knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Willingness of building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels globally
  • Data oriented and results driven expert with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, conversant in generating and analysing reports for management
  • Experience in working within a cross cultural and corporate environment, with matrix reporting 
  • Hands-on and ability to roll up sleeves when required
