- 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, customer success, or sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing accounts in the Education, Healthcare, Aged Care, or Government verticals.
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and their applications within the specified verticals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
