We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you will act in a key support function within our Customer Success Team as a point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and success with our products and services. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their goals, provide support, and deliver solutions that maximise value.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Assist in onboarding new contacts, ensuring smooth adoption of our products or services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing best practices and recommendations.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to resolve issues and drive customer success.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
  • We are looking to hire someone withing this salary range: $70,000- $85,000/annum

 

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Education and health care sector experience is key.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success software preferred.
