Responsibilities

As a People Partner, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Chiefs and their leadership teams, to build organizational and team capabilities. You’ll guide and implement people strategies that align with our growth objectives and champion initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to create and execute People Plans aligned with business goals.
  • Use employee feedback to shape engagement strategies and drive leadership accountability.
  • Support talent mapping, succession planning, and organizational design for future growth.
  • Oversee and guide Employee Relations (ER) processes, coaching managers and People Assistants.
  • Lead impactful projects, from scoping to implementation, aligning with business priorities.
  • Analyze people data to provide actionable insights and inform decision-making.

Skills and Experience

 

  • Proven experience leading people projects and using data to inform strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience shaping People Plans and supporting ER processes.
  • Ideally, experience as a Senior HR Advisor or Junior People Partner.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience (preferred but not essential).
