We are now looking for a Warehouse Fulfilment Coordinator to provide outstanding support for our warehouse in Rutherford. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for managing supply movement and organisation in the warehouse. They are also responsible for restocking supplies as new/old stock is returned to the warehouse and preparing orders for dispatch to customers. The Warehouse Coordinator also engages in counting inventory, liaising with operational staff and customers and maintaining clean warehouse conditions.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Performing general duties daily including storing and stocking products in bins and on shelves
  • Loading and unloading of trucks/vans to and from designated programs and from the warehouse
  • Moving, handling, and transporting supplies to customers and business warehouse locations
  • Some IT equipment testing skills would be desirable 
  • Keeping the work area clean, organized and free of hazards 
  • Performing other supply related duties as assigned
  • Following safety policies and procedures, including all OHS guidelines
  • Maintaining stock levels and the asset management system 
  • Preparing tech equipment for both new orders and for repairs 
  • Organising couriers for shipments around Australia and the world
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on the status of their orders

Skills and Experience

  • Proven work experience in a Warehouse or in a similar role 
  • Ability to operate common warehouse equipment
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and comfortable working on a team
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Proven multitasker and comfortable working under pressure
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills 
  • Technical and IT knowledge preferred 
  • Ability to work full-time from the warehouse in Rutherford
  • Electrical qualification highly valued 
  • Forklift/Manual handling experience highly valued 
  • Candidates need to be onsite in Rutherford warehouse
