As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have a proven track record of attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles, while providing an exceptional candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful acquisition of top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial part in building a strong employer brand and providing an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to identify and develop effective recruitment strategies
- To assist with the formulation of up-to-date Job Descriptions.
- Utilising the ATS system to effectively manage all recruitment tasks.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Write adverts ensuring they reflect the Job Description and follow the Ideagen brand handwriting.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates
- To ensure that all applicants meet the Asylum & Immigration criteria and that all documentation required at the interview is up to date and correct.
- Use data/insights to drive recruitment strategies and make recommendations to improve the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners to ensure a steady pipeline of quality talent
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and develop creative ways to attract top talent to the organisation
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
 

Skills and Experience

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods
- good understanding of employer brand and how to leverage this to attract the best candidates
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Knowledge and experience advertising job on a variety of job boards.
