As an SE working within our Solutions Engineering team, you will support the Sales Team as a vertical SME, specializing in the EHS domain. Your primary objective will be to understand the unique EHS management challenges faced by prospective clients and demonstrate how our solutions can address their needs effectively.
Ideagen view the role of an SE as the co-pilot in the sales process, your role will be to work closely with your sales community to ensure that the right focus and effort is applied to deals and revenue retention.
This position operates within the Enterprise and mid-market sales space, the successful candidate should demonstrate their ability to work at both levels and understand the required impact of delivering a buying experience to different audiences whilst maintaining an outcome focused solutioning approach.
Thorough domain and product knowledge are required to present solutions that deliver outcomes to our customers pain points. You are the trusted advisor for the buying audience, you understand their pain points and you are able to recall previous experiences to influence what good looks like!
