The Legal Content Operations Lead is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient processes and operations of the Content Services team.  This involves taking a leading role in implementing, documenting and supporting standard operating processes and procedures, as well as leading and coordinating the ways of working required to ensure all content is deployed and delivered effectively at the content library.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Content Management: Lead the best-practice documentation and creation of methodologies, processes, procedures, tools and resources that support the overall operations of Content Services. 
  • Content Operations: Oversee the management of the release (‘stage 4’) phase of all content types, including supporting the prioritisation of work, quality assurance steps and enhancement of the customer experience. 
  • Content Distribution:  Lead content integration by embedding policies, procedures, learning resources, risk resources and other content in the content technology platforms and solutions for distribution to customers.  
  • Compliance Tracking:  Work with subject matter experts to develop, document and implement systems and processes for the ongoing tracking and monitoring of laws, regulations and other compliance resources that are fundamental to the content that is developed and maintained for customers.  
  • Project Management:  Provide project management leadership for content-related projects and activities.   
  • Reporting and data:  Lead best-practice reporting and production of data and metrics to provide insights that will support the overall effectiveness of content operations. 

  • Systems and Training:  Lead the implementation, training and support required within Content Services of systems, tools and platforms.

  • Team Leadership:  Manage Content Associates and/or other team members who support the overall objectives of this role. 

  • Collaboration:  Work closely with the Product Management team and other stakeholders in CompliSpace to support the efficient delivery of product objectives. 

 

 

Skills and Experience

  • Completion of a law degree.
  • Strong ability to translate complex legislation and regulatory materials into plain English.  
  • Excellent research, drafting, reviewing and proofreading skills.   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  High proficiency in English language is required.     
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.  
  • Excellent ability to develop, follow and apply documented processes, procedures and instructions.  
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • An excellent understanding of technology products, which may include Microsoft Office, JIRA, ClickUp and Confluence or other project management tools. The ability to learn new technology products and systems quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply artificial intelligence tools and methods to the development and maintenance of content.   
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including remote collaboration with colleagues from different countries.
  • Energy to contribute to an agile and often fast-paced environment.
