Ideagen is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Expansion Business team, specializing in Education, Healthcare, Aged Care, and Government verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our SaaS solutions in the ANZ region. You will manage existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders  in the Education, Healthcare, Aged Care, and Government sectors .
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth.


Business Expansion

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth within existing clients, focusing on upselling and cross-selling Ideagen's SaaS solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans  to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within the ANZ region.

 

Customer Success

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and delivery of value-added services.
  • Monitor client usage and adoption of SaaS solutions, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Success Team to ensure customers are getting the most value from Ideagen’s products.

Market and Industry Knowledge

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the Education, Healthcare, Aged Care, and Government sectors.
  • Provide market feedback to the product development team to enhance Ideagen’s offerings and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Ideagen and generate leads.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and business development activities.
  • Utilize CRM tools  to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and forecast revenue.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and business planning.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, customer success, or sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing accounts in the Education, Healthcare, Aged Care, or Government verticals. 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and their applications within the specified verticals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
