As a Professional Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a small team, providing them with technical and operational support to achieve project goals and client satisfaction. This position involves overseeing project outcomes, managing client interactions, and monitoring team performance to identify improvement areas. The Team Leader also contributes to project planning and resource distribution, ensuring efficient project execution. Reporting on progress and key metrics to higher management, this role is essential for maintaining project quality and fostering a supportive, collaborative team environment.
